Roleplaying Section updated within the next 2 weeks

So life has been interesting for me lately with being moved to a Swing shift and a few other things at work. It has cut into my time considerably. On the plus side though Shards RP will be coming back with a vengeance.

A system called “Numenara” released by Monte Cook has caught my attention and I have started to convert the characters over into the Numenara system. So far Velveteen is done and it was actually quite easy with a few minor modifications. We should be running a private session on Saturday to see how this system holds up for fun and roleplay.

If the roleplay is successful I will post the character sheets of all the characters used during the session. I may also record the session for audio only since Jade will not be present and wants to hear what is going on :).

Busy Beez-ness

There is no strip this week:( Now that Valentine’s Day is over… I am now in charge of the store for the next ten days while my boss goes on vacation!, I have an aunt coming to stay with me so I have to prep my house, and I have a cold or allergies or some nonsense which makes me just wanna go to bed early which sucks because I’d rather be drawing or writing — or both! Sorry and see ya next week!

Aaaaand… After working all week long, I get Christmas day off only to be sick. Again, the strip is delayed! Argh! But at least I did a nice xmas poster in advance… Hope it helps chase the doldrums away, and hope no one else gets this icky bug I keep picking up…

Holiday Rush!

This week’s strip is delayed due to RL + working a holiday schedule at a flower shop + the Dark Crystal author quest submission being due this month + I am actually making some xmas presents this year and I am behind on everything! Ack! Look for a sketch this week and the finished one on the day after Xmas. I still plan on doing an xmas color picture plus I contributed to Seros Senric’s yearly holiday game/card thing. I will provide a link when it is available. Sorry for the delay in the story! New content aside from comic strips starts after xmas/on the start of the new year!

I wanted to pause and say thanks for reading. I really appreciate the support and sticking with the comic through these dry spells. The comic story is in no way under threat of stopping. We have SO much more content to go into the strips! So thanks for stickin’ with it!

Extras, Cubees, and a New Poll, oh my!

Hey, all! New content! There are quite a few changes I’d like to make to the site that will have to wait till probably after Christmas but I think it’s high time we added some new stuff here! On with the new stuff!

1.) A new poll is up so check it out!

2.) Under the “Extras” section, I have started a series of cubees. If you’ve never heard of them, they are little 3D figures you cut out and assemble, no glue or tape required! Pics of what the assembled cube will look like should be up some time soon but I am a bit swamped right now.

3.) … See the poll! I need to know what extra content you guys want on the page! More stuff in the store? MORE of the characters as My Little Ponies? Which cubee you might like next? Let me know!
