Too bad Miss Muffett can’t make it like a certain wall-crawling hero and web-sling herself and her companions away from the danger. That would be kind of cool to see her try and make her more spider-like from her nursery rhyme.
That’s a good point to bring up, Marcus:) Miss Muffet has the ability to spit webs (even though, yes, actual spiders create webs from their rears. We didn’t wanna go there… ;P But there’s actually a really good reason why she does it the way she does. We just can’t reveal that yet. *wink*). The problem with her web spit is that she can’t create a ton of it at a time, and she’s already stated Humpty by himself is too heavy for her to carry AND flee. Her webs are more for restraint of one or two individuals. If you want to see the only time she’s used the in-comic so far, here you go! Keeping in mind Miss Muffet is kinda strong, if you go to the page right after that one, you’ll get an idea of how heavy a time-frozen Alice was and why Miss Muffet had to drag her the whole way to the library. Man, Library was upset by the rut left in its floor…
