Yep, figures that those two would be the first ones to go trough…
    It is Wonka’s factory, right?

Hope you’re enjoying the storyline so far! Got some hidden things here and there, plus a lot went on in this strip. I hope it isn’t too confusing. Like how the text rhyme that is Mother Goose’s wise words actually appears inside the portal as glowing, hovering text. Hm. I still didn’t get the streak-by of Hanstel right… Maybe I can figure it out before next time.

I apologize if I don’t respond to comments as quickly in the next week or so. I am going on a trip and am doing the strips in advance to post on time via the magic of ComicPress but I may not be able to comment as speedily as I like next week.

Oh, and don’t forget I posted a Halloween poster on the 31st!

You might also notice more color in this strip. I use color infrequently because we’ve been using it to emphasize a particular character. Hanstel and Mother Goose are important in this strip so I used color around them. Green is Mother Goose’s color. Brown is Hanstel’s color. These are found in the character bios if you don’t know who has what color:)

    Hanstel must have “candy-dar”.

Nice play on words. “Ewe go with them.” The sheep has this look like, “Aww, maaaaan….”

King Midas. Loves gold. Hates when everything he touches turns to gold.

By the time the rest of them arrive, every non-plot-vital part of the chocolate factory will have been eaten…
