AS I said last strip, close enough to be time stop.
An actual timestop I’m not sure how it would work, since you wouldn’t be able to see anything, etc. (Just slowing down time is fine though, due to fancy relativity stuff)
There is in fact, no difference.
Another peculiarity of strange relativity stuff.
…Man, Newtonian physics is so much easier. Now there’s general relativity, special relativity, lots of apparently contradictory theories of quantum mechanics that currently seem like they are correct despite the apparent contradictions…
I’m glad I decided to not go into physics as my field.
But then, this is a story about stories breaking into other stories. Since when did our reality have anything to do with it?
I like that you specified the time-slow versus a time-freeze.
I always kind of figured a true time-freeze would be impossible to use. Air molecules would not move when you tried to walk or breathe, photons would not hit your retinas etc.
Basically as stated, Alice starts moving so fast that it appears time slows down to the point nobody moves. In the game system this allows her to pseudo teleport in combat to either be somewhere or not be somewhere(avoiding attacks). Both useful and amazingly fun abilities. There’s other applications of the stop watch also but I’ll leave those to be surprises later!

Time to have a little fun when in slow motion. :)
Alice needs to realize that they are not slowed. She is sped up.

Alice called Time Out. ;p
