“Mein Schnee” 11: Cinderella’s Journal, Pg.3
Tried something different this time, due to how much Cindy wanted to say. I wanted a pic to display what was happening but it couldn’t be tiny so Cindy just drew it extra large… under the text she wrote. Hope it isn’t too confusing to read. Let me know if it is.
Why do I get the feeling that sooner or later Alice and Goldie will go at it in a physical fight while the mission is still going ?
Still this is some update and something tells me both Hansel and Gretel have something to say about this argument given what happen.
However, this is what Goldie gets for not truly trying to be a team player and her attitude rubs off negatively on her “teammates.” She may not like them, but sooner or later Goldie may have to try to trust them for them to trust her in the same light.
It also shows us that Cindy is a little too much focused on the fact that Goldie is her friend to notice that she’s also kind of a jerk. (Not that it’s the first time we’ve seen Cindy have a bit of a one-track mind.)
Ah-yup!
What strikes me here is Alice’s attitude. In her original story she was remarkably rational and level-headed, and she was only 7. Of course our Alice is a good bit older and would, no doubt, be willing to argue with, and even insult, someone if needed. Here it’s not needed and I don’t think she’d do it… unless, maybe, she’s being influenced by a shard (or the person holding it)?
If our friends are being affected by someone or something that can make them uncooperative, rude, and so forth, this quest is going to be really difficult. They will have each other, and even themselves, to overcome, not just the holder of the shard. Well, you warned us this would get dark. I wouldn’t put it past you to throw this little spat in as a red herring, but my guess is that ‘friend vs. friend’ will be right on the path to ‘dark’.
annnnnnd… I didn’t have any trouble reading the text with the line drawing behind it or seeing the drawing when I was looking for it. The combination was quite effective.
