Smell is a powerful force used to awaken memory, stir desire, produce revulsion, and more. To this day, the scent of Pine-Sol takes me back to kindergarten where the janitor used it every evening to clean the floors.
I know what you mean about the smells, though cleaning solutions are NOT the smells that pull me. :)
I know the familiar smell of Pine-Sol real well and given Cindy’s love of cleaning I can understand how she can fall under the influence of greed.
The smell of Pine-sol is an intoxicating smell and one you can’t forget over time.
Yet now I wonder: I can almost tell that Goldie will be affected by this agreed Room. So maybe now is a chance for Goldie and Alice to put aside their differences and work together as a team.
It’s surprising how well it can work, too. To this day I have problems stopping gag reflex when I smell pudding.
