At least one of you guessed that Miss Muffet would be next up but lookit that! Not quite what was expected, eh? And what, oh what, is going on with Cindy? Miss Muffet had so much to say there was barely any room to show!
Yep, that’s Wrath, and yep, Cindy’s not as un-wrathful as she thinks. Called it. :)
Well it looks like my predictions of Miss Muffet being next was correct, but I’m surprised to see her retaining her self-control and fighting off her urges to bite into Wrath.
Now I wonder what did Wrath do to infect Cindy with his influence ?
Also, it’s great to see Alice play Miss Muffet’s angel side/conscience to her Spider’s side being her devilish side/instincts/urges/impulses. Great job developing the on-going friendship between Miss Muffet and Alice.
Thanks! It’ll actually be a key component to a major turning point in Chapter 6 so I’ve been working on it in the journals to show the strength before we return to a regular comic format for Chapter 4.
It reminds me of a moment I read in the novel Quite Contrary, where it showed that those who spend their time fighting off their personal demons are more able to handle them then those who have never had to. Muffet is used to fighting Wrath. Cindy has never had to hold it back before.
