Wow, when he meets the others, I can almost tell that Lil’ Muffet will try to hug him, by any means possible.

The Shards team will need Haz-Mat suits it appears.

This is probably preaching to the choir, but I am curious: do you guys read Fables? If you don’t, I suspect you’d love it.

Everyone asks us this. I have never read it. I don’t plan to anytime soon. Not that I don’t think it is good but we are trying to keep our ideas straight from our own heads. Fables seems to be the most popular fairy tale derivative out there so, at least for me, I am staying away for now. If interested, my favorite authors are Anne McCaffrey, Robert J. Sawyer, and H. B. Piper. There are a few others but I keep those three close:) And, no, they have not much to do with fairy tales. Shards was TB’s inspiration. He might say where he got it if you ask him:)

I didn’t even think about that, but it makes a lot of sense. Good call!

She lies, she had just as much to do with it as I did. All I did was come up with basic characters, nuances, and powers. She’s the one thats bringing it all to life :). Inspiration comes from those closest to you ;).

Poor plague-ridden bunny-wabbit. So cute, yet so, so noxious. XD

Why did I keep thinking zombies, but saying, “Friend!,” instead of, “Brains?”

its probably true like if my husband becomes a zombie hes going to say soda or something else instead of brains
