If David had not mentioned animals in his entry, then I would have never guess he was talking about Cinderella and her ability to speak to animals.
Interesting bond that David has with Velvy as I never knew Velvy knew the fable of the fox and the cat. Makes me wonder who is who in this fable ?
David is really coming into a proper leader like his story, but he also had a flaw and downfall towards the end of his story. Will you explore that flaw in the series ?
The thing about Shards, Marcus, is that the heroes, and also the other factions, are aware of the classic or historical flow of all common stories. So, yeah, all the characters should know any common modern knowledge, including how the stories of Pinocchio and A Christmas Carol are supposed to go.

And, yes, David is aware of his future flaws but thinks he can correct it when put back into his own story. At least, that’s what he believes:)
In David’s opinion, it didn’t look like Velvy knew of the full story of Pinocchio or he would have spoken up about the fox and cat… or would he have?
