I know Hansel is the smart one of the group, besides Dr. Muffett, but here’s hoping that there’s a moment or two where Gretel gets a chance to speak her thoughts.
I know she’s a bit mindless, but there is got to be a few brain cells within her to understand her surroundings. I mean she at least got to understand that she and her brother have friends now with their new teammates right ?

This one reminds me a bit of Mojo Jojo telling the PowerPuff Girls that he is not redundant in his speech. Nor does he repeat, reiterate, or say the same thing over and over again. He is always brief and concise, never repeating himself.
Just like this comment. This comment’s use of words is analogous with both Mojo Jojo’s speech patterns and Hanstel’s journey entry. The likeness of which is easy to perceive, since this comment is incredibly short. The terseness of this comment is obvious. It says things quickly and clearly, and only once. Nothing in this comment is repeated. It says only what it needs to say, with few words, all of which are easily understood.
