Apologies to anyone who likes to read the comic as soon as it comes out. It was a little late today. I’m considering posting a larger version of some of the strips, like this one, so you can see the insane details that are too small to make out when it is published and downsized to be a manageable file.
So funny story with this strip. While we were on vacation, Jade drew up a picture of Merlin and asked me if I liked it. I basically said, “Meh…” So naturally Jade goes, “What do you want different?” I say, “I dunno….he’s just not….epic enough.”
Long story short, Jade tries to pry out what I think epic is, and I can’t answer her. Her head about exploded in frustration until we decided to come up with a “steampunk” version of Merlin. I didn’t get a chance to see the finished job until it was actually posted but I have to say I like him….A LOT! GJ Jade :). She also captured Goldi’s personality wonderfully. This may be one of my favorite strips so far, and all despite a huge amount of floundering from her partner :)!

I love the art on this one! Poor Goldi, Chernobyl hair.
dont worry, when you follow 28 comics and like 40 manga, you dont bother if one is a bit late.. ^^
She could always go the Sinead O’Connor route… Or should that be the Brittney Spears route, since the former is so dated?
Both are familiar to me LOL but she’d never do it. Shaving one’s head is just not right. And she is Goldie, after all;)
Yikes, now I wonder if there was anyway for Goldie to reverse the curse place upon her ? :(
