Hm…the marginally obvious thing would be that Scarecrow has an extra shard that he has been hiding from the others. This could be supported by Dorothy in the bonus strip, where she says that each personality chooses what the other ones hear.
However, how would Scarecrow have gotten it without the others knowing about it, given that they’re all seeing the same things?
Also, since it’s the obvious thing to do, I suspect that’s not what you’ll do. :)

The truth, and the method by which Scarecrow was able to defeat Shylock, will be shortly revealed, and I warn you that it opens a whole big can o worms ;) Just keep in mind that Dorothy and her friends in her head are a lot like always being in the same room together. You hear each other talking but don’t hear each other thinking. Yet they are all so open and very good friends, you’d think nothing would ever be kept from one another, huh?…
