ch.2, pg.74: “The Library’s Past”
If you want to know what the Library is actually saying, I selected excerpts from two random websites:
here and here. Velvy may seem smarter in this strip but it was hard getting the point across without using bigger words. He isn’t too wordy, our lovable disease-ridden lepus, but he’s not stupid so it was a toss-up deciding how to word his translation.
That is awesome. I’m reminded of a game where it had shadow-text that deviated slightly, and the hint to that puzzle were the differences.
I especially like how both voices say “Julius Ceaser” at the same time.
Sometimes being simple is the only way to go in life. :)
It occurs to me that Jack may have been a bit silly to wonder why a repository for tons upon tons of dry paper would fear fire. :D
Jack has a hard time thinking beyond himself.
