Cindy’s and Goldie’s friendship seems to have some a romantic tension between the two of them. At least something feels “just right†about this pairing in some form or another.
Also given Goldie’s love for the finer things in life it would explain why she wants someone to share a piece of it with.

Given that the story of Goldilocks comes from the very early 1800’s, and Cinderella is far older than that (late 1600’s), it seems like it would be out of character for such a relationship, since that was pretty much unheard of in those time periods.
